Assistant Front Office Manager:

This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times.   Will be responsible to assist in providing leadership, guidance and support to the front desk team in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations.   Often provides the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating an excellent, memorable first impression.   This position is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and company standards and serve as an ambassador for Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Assistant Executive Housekeeper:

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions. Provides support to the Executive Housekeeper in all areas of Housekeeping operation, such as staff training, coaching and counseling and consistently inspects and enforces adherence to the Starwood Standards of Excellence. Participates in and enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department and department cost control measures. Makes certain the required Starwood Brand Standards are achieved.

Housekeeping Supervisor:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspect assigned areas in order to provide feedback to management and employees on the cleanliness and maintenance of those areas against standards. He/she will supervise the performance of room attendants and general cleaning and take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior, and work practices. Inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all established standards as they relate to cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security. Report, as directed, any observed deviations to established standards. Will perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by a supervisor to adhere to health standards. Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.

Executive Administrative Assistant:

The Executive Administrative Assistant must be highly organized, a creative problem-solver, an excellent verbal and written communicator, and have a great work ethic and high-quality computer skills. Report directly to the Vice President of Operations, General Manager and Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, providing a bridge for smooth and efficient communication and interaction between the executive’s office and internal departments.  Excellent schedule management abilities, strong administrative and organization skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.

SPG Attendant:

Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests. Clear tables during service. Will maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment. Assist servers, other bartenders, and barporters when necessary.

Accounts Receivable:

To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control. Responsible for the processing, recording, and billing of debts owed to the hotel.  Monitor group master accounts from check-in through checkout, ensuring correctness of billing. Prepare and post city ledger adjustments as needed. Prepare and mail invoices with proper documentation same day as transferred to Accounts Receivable.  Prepare and mail individual travel voucher accounts with proper documentation same day transferred to Accounts Receivable.  Research and respond to all credit card charge backs within time limits set by credit card companies, processing the necessary adjustments when required. Must have thorough knowledge of computer processing system and ability to manually perform these operations if necessary.  Must be able to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer. Must have knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required.

Plumber/General Maintenance: 

The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in our buildings.  Looking for a general plumbing candidate to fulfill our daytime position.  The Maintenance Department/Engineering Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the physical building and all of its features, including day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines, preventative maintenance, and minor and major repairs and improvements.  Must have at least 2 years prior experience in plumbing and general hotel maintenance.  608 certified is preferred.  HVAC certified is preferred

Paint and Vinyl Specialist:

This building specialist will perform building maintenance as needed. Will be responsible for upkeep and beautification of the hotel. Various duties will include repairing wallpaper, painting, and drywall, apply fabrics to walls and furniture, etc. Other duties as assigned.
Will report directly to the Chief of Engineering.
Applicable candidates must have a strong desire to work, reliable transportation, and good work ethic. Must have flexible availability (days, evenings, and weekends). Prior 2+ years experience is a must.

Dishwasher:

As a Kitchen Utility team member you will be a key person in ensuring our kitchens and restaurants have clean dishes and supplies needed to make our great tasting foods and beverage items. Providing incredible service to departments by ensuring dishes, containers, utensils and other supplies are properly cleaned and sanitized on a timely basis. Setting up and operating dishwasher equipment; filling and emptying dishwasher throughout the day to maintain a constant flow of clean dishware and supplies to departments. Manually washing dishes before loading into the dishwasher to ensure the cleanest wash possible. Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most efficient and safe way possible.

Will be responsible for managing all aspects of a specific department(s) within the restaurant including the selection, development and performance management of restaurant team members, optimizing profits and increasing sales.  Estimates and orders foods, liquors, wines, or other beverages, and supplies. Ensures customer service and satisfaction.  Utilizes leadership skills and motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management.  Inspects establishment and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations. Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
